Competency aims
The aim of the course is that students:
- know how to explain the basis of a good care
relationship and the characteristics of a
patient-nurse
relationship from the viewpoint of nursing
- understand the significance of nursing
principles and
brotherly love in care relationships
- understand the customer?s diversity,
multiculturality, life history and experiences
as the
basis for encounters and the care relationship
- identify their personal attitudes and
prejudices in
customer relationships and develop their own
culturally
sensitive working method
- know how to work in a multidisciplinary
manner and
utilise the competence of various experts in
customer
relationships
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student is expected to be able to meet the patient professionally and be aware of different professional co-actors in health care.
