The aim of the course is that the students

- understand the methods, guidance and supervision of
organising social services and healthcare activities
and service production
- understand the organisation and methods of
organisation in the church sector, third sector and
civil society
- are familiar with the most central smart services
and wellbeing technology applications
- understand the significance of various actors in
service production and quality
- know how to analyse customers? position and rights
in the social services and healthcare service systems

The student understands collaboration between differnt actors in healthcare and its significance for the patient.
The student is aware of the patient's rights and position in the service systems.
