Competency aims
The aim of the course is the student:
- understands the possibilities of stress management in avoiding negative stress
- understands what self esteem is and knows the most common individual defence mechanisms when the person is in stressed surroundings
- gets an insight in different types of stress management tools
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to use different models for stress management.
