Course contents
Lectures and theoretical exercises on selecting
analytical methods, spectroscopic methods,
thermal methods, chromatographic methoods,
microscopic methods, surface anlaysis, and failure
analysis.
Laboratory exercises on microscopy,
spectroscopies, thermal analysis, chromatography,
and surface analysis.
