The aim of the course is get both knowledge and
skills related to leading and working in teams.
At the end of the
course the student should be able to:
Analyse and evaluate knowledge about leadership
theory related to team leadership and working in
teams.
Be able to understand the importance of
different skills needed in teams
Understand the role of cultural behavioural
patterns.
Manage and develop communication in teams
Evaluate and develop own leadership that is
transformative and focused on the team in a
certain context
Be able to use some team development tools to
manage change, successful co-worker ship and

of socialization in teams
Understand the importance and at the same times

The course progresses weekly and engaged
participation form the beginning is required for
full points. This also means that some tasks can
be done only during a specific course week and
sometimes attendance in class/zoom can be
mandatory if
one want to get points. The first meeting is
mandatory.
