Competency aims
The aim of the course is to learn about different wine districts and the typical qualities of them. To receive knowledge of how to plan menus profitable and not to forget experience for a guest. To prepare food for different guest segments.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to analyze the profitable of restaurants. He/she is also able to look after new trends and influence of the changes in society.He/she understands the importance och a good quality.Knowledge of wine districts and characteristics of different wines. The marriage of food and wine.
