Competency aims
The goal of the course is to provide
the
student with basic knowledge in
applied natural science with focus on
oscillation and particle
system. The main goal of the
course is to learn how to apply equations for
trigonometric
functions, simple harmonic motions and
particle systems in programming code and
simulate them in 3D graphics.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is
expected to have basic knowledge in
oscillation and particle systems as well as
being able to implement related equations in
code for realising different simulations in a
3D graphics engine.

Natural science
- Review of trigonometric functions and
their
waves
- Simple harmonic motions
- Spring forces: Hookes Law
- Simple particle systems
Graphics production/game programming
- You learn how to build simple 3D
games/simulations with Unity

- Basic skills in maths and physics (pre-calculus)
