Learning outcomes
After finishing the course the students are supposed to demonstrate how the health economic system is built up in Finland. Furthermore the students have the ability after this course to structure and understand the content of the budgetary process in health care, on a macro and micro-level, as well as to understand the main factors in a budget and be able to prepare a budget for a project.

Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for 80 % of the lessons. Absence from a Case lecture still requires the case report to be written and handed in to the instructor.
