Competency aims
The aim of the course is to provide an understanding of the most common traditional and new organization theories and different leadership strategies and how they work in a tourism company.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to know and be able to put into practice different kinds of organization theories.
The student is also able to compare different organization and management strategies.
The student is able to appreciate team-work and feedback in an organization.
