Competency aims

The aim of the course is to teach the risks
associated with practical work at Arcada, and how
to be competent in safety protocols and practical
emergency skills

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to study and perform
practical work in a responsible and safe
manner. It is compulsory to complete this
course before participating in laboratory
exercises in Arcada.

None. This course is meant for first-year students
and transfer students new at Arcada.
