Competency aims

The aim of the course is to give the students a strategic view of demand and supply chain management including how to analyse the flow, especilly from the customer poit of view.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to analyse logistics flows both from a strategic as an operative level. The student understands risk connected to the flows and is able to analyse a company's need for a risk strategy. The student can evaluate KPIs from a customer point of view. The student knows how to use general economic figures to analyse logistic flows.
