The aim of the course is that the student gets a basic ability to understand the rehabilitation process,assess, plan and perform individual care with optimal independence as a goal
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to - describe and explain the policy and legislation of different professions in multiprofessional teamwork in rehabilitation of the elderly client
- know how to promote aims and interventions in rehabilitation of older people
- know how to assess and evaluate the functional capacity of elderly clients.
