Assessment methods

Essays, reports, productions and portfolio

Assessment requirements

-Submission of the "Introduction to SolidWorks Tutorial" (10%)
-Submission of individual assignment Design of a Chair (90%). Note Urkund will be used to analyze these reports for similarity. Correct scientific writing skills are a very important consideration in the assessment. It is not based on just the engineering design work.
-There is no compulsory attendance of lectures for this course. Although attendance is recommended, students may choose to complete all work entirely individually also.
-Passed assignment marks can not be improved by resubmitting marked reports.
-Previous year's assignments are not valid.
