Competency aims
The overall aim for this course is to provide an understanding of the complexities of leadership and organizational work. Starting from an individual perspective this course advances to a group- and structural perspective in order to understand individuals’ actions in organizational contexts. Furthermore, the aspect of tacit knowledge will be given extra focus. Project competes will also be part of the aims after this course.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to know some basic of leadership- and organizational behavior theory. The course will have a special focus on knowledge management, what it is and enhances and challenges the knowledge management. Questions about what in leadership are inspiring and motivating is also given focus during the course, as are the concepts creativity and competes. During the course health will be examined as a variable for creating well-being in organizations. Project work and –planning will be a smaller part of this course.
