Occupation-specific competence:
- pedagogical and didactic skills
-Knows the background / history of didactics
-Knows the different learning directions, learning styles and principles of (motoric) learning
-Knows the sport didactic principles (to plan, implement, evaluate, and develop physical activities)
-Can utilize scientifically based information in education
-Can purposeful and versatile use different models and styles for instruction and teaching to different target groups (mostly children)
-Can create learning and instruction philosophy based on their own values and knowledge.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course:
-Can reflect different learning directions (behavioral, etc.)
-Be aware of about how pedagogy and didactics are in a relation to the world of science
-Knows the target group's importance and can take it into account in various aspects of the planning of teaching
-Can reflect his/hers instruction philosophy and relate it to others (eg, Rudolf Steiner, John Deweyn)
- Can find and utilize scientifically based information in the field of pedagogy and didactics
-Understands the basic concepts and theorys concerning teaching and learning
