Competency aims
The aim of the course is that the student should be able to critically
assess the activities of the Nordic media, both commercial ones
and public service.
Learning outcomes
On completion of the course, the student should have a good idea
about Finnish and Nordic media landscape and its media logic.
Course contents
The structure and function of The Nordic media ecosyste - in theory
and in practice. An ethnographic study of the activities of a select
Finnish or Nordic media institution.
