The aim of the course is to extend the awareness of responsibility involved in the profession according to meet the vulnerable human being
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to meet the patient with different cultural background in care-settings,to have an ability to understand the spiritual needs and to show respect for the unique human being and to treat with dignity at the end of the life
- understand how the care of dying, spiritual care and care related to other cultures are taken care of in our society
- able to supervise patients and relatives in questions that are concerned with culture, spirituality and the issues according to dying patients
