Arcada's new key system is now active, and starting from Tuesday, 22 October 2024, all block doors will be locked. To access the areas you need, you must activate your mobile key. 

All students are entitled to a mobile key that grants access to the teaching facilities used by their own programme. The activation fee for the mobile key is 25 euros. 

Follow these steps to get started with your new mobile key: 

  1. Download the HID Mobile Access app 
  2. Log in to Arcada’s Account Services (AAS)
  3. Pay the 25 euro fee 
  4. Log in to the key management system and accept the terms of use. After acceptance, you will receive a personal activation code via email from Abloy (also check your spam folder). 
  5. Activate the app using the personal code you receive (the code is valid for 5 days). 

Do you already have an old flex key? 

You have received an email with instructions to your Arcada mail. Check the instructions there or on Start and return your flex key to the Info desk.
