Arcada's recommendation to use face masks on campus continues to apply. In the capital region, there is a regional recommendation to still wear face masks despite the removal of the national recommendation.
The Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) has dropped its general face mask use recommendation, but the capital region cities still recommend the use of face masks. This means that we will continue to use face masks at Arcada.
The recommendations that are currently valid in the metropolitan area will be reviewed in the near future. Arcada's guidelines follow the decisions of the Metropolitan Area coronavirus coordination group. We will inform you on Start when the recommendation to wear face masks on campus ends.
