Arcada is participating in the DEI Forum Nordics and volunteers are offered a possibility to participate in this interesting event.
Arcada is part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Forum Nordics in Helsinki on 30.09.2022. At the moment there are some openings for the DEI Forum Nordics support team and conference. 1. Copywriting:
We are looking for copywriters to help us to enhance and update our website text. Copywriters can also help us create DEI(diversity, equity, inclusion) related content for our social media posts, blogs, etc.
2. Graphic Designer:
We are looking for someone who could create impactful graphics for our social media posts, for example, speaker introductions, DEI related content, team introductions, ticket sales, partner introductions and so on.
3. Product support:
We are looking for someone who could support us with our ticket sales. For example, answering any ticket related queries, updating the ticket FAQs etc.
4. Social media marketing:
We are looking for someone who could help us with social media marketing like creating social media calendar, creating social media posts, scheduling and regular posting of the social media posts, etc.
5. Partnership Manager:
We are looking for someone who could help us manage the event Partners. The role includes, communicating with the Partner' contact person and providing them with the agreed services with the help of the team. This role requires good communication and management skills.
6. Speaker Manager:
We are looking for someone who could help us manage the speakers of the event, provide them with the required information, and support them before and during the event. This role requires good communication and management skills.
7. Program Manager:
We are looking for someone who could help us manage the overall program and ensure that the program runs seamless. This is one of the key roles in the event and requires someone who could commit to the position. Good communication and management skills is essential.
All the above roles will receive the support by the different DEI Forum Nordics teams.
