Heavy smoke from a fire in Käpylä has caused a smell of smoke on campus. The ventilation has been temporarily switched off.
The main entrance doors will be locked from 19 June to 7 August 2026. During this period, you can access the building using your flex key: weekdays 7.00-20.30 and weekends 9.00-16.30. There will be no security guard on duty during this time.
You can use the library via self-service throughout the summer, and you’ll have a longer loan period for your books.
