The registration for the academic year of 2023-2024 has opened on 15 April 2023. Please note that Finnish legislation requires a mandatory registration for each academic year for all students, or they will lose their right to study.
Please register as soon as possible, but ideally no later than 30 July 2023. In August Arcada will start using a new student administration system called Sisu instead of ASTA. This will interrupt the transfer of data to organisations such as HSL and Kela for the entire month. This means for example that you cannot activate your student discount in the HSL app in August if you register after 30 July 2023.
The absolute deadline for registration for the academic year is 10 September 2023.
If you are fee-paying student, please note that you can register only after you have paid the tuition fee for the academic year 2023-2024. You can find more information about tuition fees and scholarships here.
