You have to have a valid student card or a stamped KELA meal subsidy card to get the cheaper student lunch
The student restaurant wants to remind all students to activate their electronic student card External linkor to order a stamped KELA meal subsidy card. Try to do this before arriving at Arcada, as you are not allowed to get the subsidised student lunch without a valid student card or a stamped KELA meal subsidy card.
Pick up a KELA meal subsidy card
You can come visit Student Affairs at the service point in the library and pick up a KELA meal subsidy card:
- Wed 24 Aug 11-12
- Fri 26 Aug 10-12
- Mon 29 Aug 10-12
- Tues 30 Aug 10-12
- Wed 31 Aug 10-12
Order a KELA meal subsidy card
You can also easily order a KELA meal subsidy card before arriving at campus, and then pick it up from the information desk on the second floor at Arcada. You can order the card by:
- filling in a KELA meal subsidy card with your information and dropping it in the postbox next to the information desk on the second floor. You can find the cards next to the postbox.
- sending an e-mail to E-mail: studentaffairs
@arcada.fi from your E-mail: firstname.lastname@arcada.fi email address
The card will then be ready for you to pick up within 1-2 work days. We will send you an e-mail once the card is ready for you. Please bring your ID or passport with you when picking up the KELA meal subsidy card from the information desk.
