If you have questions about your studies (degree certificate, accreditation, the right to study, tuition fees), you can reach us by e-mail (E-mail: studentaffairs@arcada.fi) during the summer between 20.6-12.8. If you need to reach us by phone (+358294282535) you can call during our contact hours:

20 June - 15 July & 1 - 12 August: telephone service Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:00 -12:00

We will be offering our services again at campus as of the introduction week that starts 22 August. We will set the exact opening hours for our service desk by 12 August, at the latest.
