Here you will find information on how students at Arcada can find and register for courses offered via the Campus Online network. The content on this page primarily applies to development studies (optional studies).

Campus Online

Campus Online (COL) is a shared digital course offering provided by Finnish UAS. COL courses are open and free of charge for all students who are registered as present at a Finnish UAS. Courses are available at both bachelor’s and master’s level and are well-suited if, for example, you wish to complete an individual course remotely.

⚠ Note that : You should always consult your study counsellor or degree programme director before registering for Campus Online courses, to ensure that the courses can be included in your degree.

Instructions for Registering for Campus Online Courses

Development Studies - Optional studies

Campus Online courses can be found through the search function in Sisu External link, under the tab “Cross-institutional courses”. Once you have found a course offered by another UAS that you would like to complete, contact your study counsellor.

If you receive approval that the course fits into your degree, you must go to your personal study plan External link in Sisu and place the course under the section for development studies. Once the course is placed in your study plan, you may register for the course when the registration period is open. Please note that registration periods and participation quotas are defined by the UAS offering the course, and Arcada cannot influence these.
