Christoffer Ericsson works as Degree Program Director for the Emergency Care Programme at Arcada and as Director of Arcada Patient Safety and Learning Center. He holds a masters degree in Emergency Care and in Applied Psychology. As educator, Christoffer's primary interests are in finding innovative ways to educate metacognitive skills and developing a more sustainable work, both on team and organizational level. As a PhD student at University of Helsinki, Christoffer's research topic is on understanding paramedics' psychological resilience and exploring factors contributing to sustainable work in frontline acute care personnel.
