Niklas Eriksson is Principal lecturer in Digital marketing and he holds a PhD in Information Systems. His main area of teaching and research is technology adoption and use in different industries. His research publications have appeared in journals such as Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology. He is also involved in a Nordic research collaboration consortium on the topic Digital shoppers - the future of retail.
