Christoffer Ericsson works as Degree Program Director for the Emergency Care Systems Development and Leadership master's degree programme at Arcada and as Director of Arcada Patient Safety and Learning Center.

He holds a masters degree in Emergency Care and in Applied Psychology. As a PhD student at University of Helsinki, Christoffer's research topic is on understanding paramedics' resilience resources and exploring factors contributing to sustainable work in frontline acute care personnel. As educator and researcher, Christoffer's primary interests are in understanding and developing a more sustainable work, both on team and organizational level.
