You have specialised knowledge of applied research as a basis for developing and improving processes, services, and action models for various target groups within social- and healthcare. You also have specialised knowledge of the concept of knowledge and knowledge production to understand the democratization of research and improvement work within the context of social- and healthcare.

Skills (do)

You are able to employ suitable applied approaches within research for the development and improvement of processes and operations within social- and healthcare. You can also critically examine and discuss the advantages and limitations of various research methods in knowledge creation and change processes.

Attitude (be)

You recognize the importance of knowledge creation and change processes within social- and healthcare and can make assessments considering ethical aspects in the ongoing research and improvement work within social- and healthcare. You can also critically reflect on the concept of knowledge and its use in professional work within social- and healthcare.

Collective sensemaking competence

Knowledge (understand)

You have specialised knowledge of the key elements of service design and can take in to account several perspectives in order to figure out what is changing in social- and healthcare, and what is needed to react to these changes. You also have specialised knowledge of the tools and evaluation methods for implementing a successful change process.

Skills (do)

You can design, develop, and plan for delivering high qualitative social- and healthcare. You demonstrate cultural and communication skills that are ethical, innovative, and inclusive.

Attitude (be)

You act responsibly toward society and promote sustainability. You appreciate each person as an expert on their own experience of social- and healthcare services. 

Technological and ethical competence

Knowledge (understand)

You have specialised knowledge off the frameworks and principles of health technology, including development, implementation, cost-effectiveness, clinical effectiveness and regulations, and can discuss and critically evaluate these aspects from a leadership perspective. You are also aware of the importance of ethics and ethical considerations in the development and implementation of health technology.

Skills (do)

You can analyse and identify opportunities and challenges in relation to health technology, and propose technological solutions, as well as implementation strategies, to issues facing the health and welfare sector.

Attitude (be)

You foster an open and innovative mindset and proactively identify new areas of development in health technology. You also demonstrate integrity by advocating ethical principles and standards in all aspects of health technology development and implementation.

Change and innovative competence

Knowledge (understand)

You have a specialised knowledge of change theories and their strengths and weaknesses, as well as the drivers and enablers of innovation and creativity.    

Skills (do)

You develop creative ideas and propose changes that translate innovations into actions. You lead and develop complex, new and innovative strategic approaches.    

Attitude (be)

You question status-quo by being open minded and curious. You utilize potential to achieve changes in the social- and healthcare setting. You present a variety of interventions to enhance an innovative and inclusive work environment by demonstrating cultural sensitivity and advanced communication skills. 

Leadership competence

Knowledge (understand)

You have specialised knowledge of different leadership theories and can discuss and evaluate them from a critical and reflective scientific manner as the basis for original thinking. You can select suitable data in order to enhance interprofessional teamwork and development.

Skills (do)

You demonstrate reflection of your own learning process. You adapt a professional communication style. You develop self-awareness, show agile learning skills and illustrate specialized problem-solving skills required in the social- and healthcare sector in order to develop projects and lead people and procedures by integrating evidence from different fields.

Attitude (be)

You develop a personal and authentic leadership style that enhances collaboration and communications in complex social- and healthcare settings. You can critically acknowledge and appraise your own development challenges.
