Arcada has guidelines for the targeted promotion of equality and non-discrimination in the higher education community, outlined in Arcada's three-year plan for equality and non-discrimination. A basic prerequisite for promoting sustainability and well-being in the community is to give everyone the opportunity to be full members of it. The current plan is valid until 31.12.2024.
