Now is your chance to be involved and influence the development of Arcada. Apply for the positions as a student representative in the different councils at Arcada.

We are currently looking for student representatives for the following councils

• Pedagogical Council
  • Arcada's Pedagogical Council works to ensure the quality of teaching and educational activities.
  • Term of office: -30.8.2028
• Sector councils (Business Administration, Health and Welfare, Culture and Media, and Technology)
  • The Sector Councils monitor and support the quality of education in their fields and compare the results with developments in the industry.
  • To be elected to a sector council, you must be studying in that sector
  • Term of office: -30.9.2029, student representatives are appointed for two years
• The Research Council
  • The tasks of the Research Council includes promoting interdisciplinary research, development, and innovation activities at Arcada to involve both staff and students. As well as receive, compile, and prepare initiatives regarding measures that improve Arcada as a research environment and support the implementation of new knowledge through innovations and research collaborations.
  • Term of office: -30.6.2028
• Council for Quality and Social Responsibility
  • Supports Arcada in its work on quality, sustainability and social impact by monitoring operations and providing advice and feedback to the management group.
  • Term of office: -31.8.2028
