Eduroam may stop working on Tuesday 20th of May

If you encounter this, you have to forget the network and reconnect. You can do this either via the Eduroam cat or in Windows.

The eduroam cat

You can do this by visiting this eduroam website and click "click here to download your eduroam installer", choose Arcada. Follow the instructions.

Windows

1. Click the wifi icon
2. Click the arrow (Manage wifi connection)
3. Rightclick eduroam
4. Click forget
5. Then click again on eduroam and connect. The username is the form user@arcada.fi
