Rahul Pardasani has a background in Media and Social Impact projects. He transitioned into Talent Acquisition when he was leading a program supporting immigrants to find jobs in the Nordic startup ecosystem. For the past 6+ years, he has been predominantly working with supporting growth tech companies in strengthening talent pipelines, optimising TA strategy, and has been involved with various initiatives in the people processes and culture building in organisations.
