Christoffer Ericsson works as Degree Program Director for the Emergency Care Systems Development and Leadership master's degree programme at Arcada and as Director of Arcada Patient Safety and Learning Center.

He holds a PhD, masters degrees in Emergency Care and in Applied Psychology. Christoffer's PhD was on understanding paramedics' resilience resources and exploring factors contributing to sustainable work in frontline paramedic personnel. As educator and researcher, Christoffer's primary interests are in understanding and developing a more sustainable work in healthcare, both on team and systems level.
