A short presentation of the study units included in the Nursing TopUp programme which gives you the EU qualification as a nurse.
This curriculum below is for students who already have a bachelor's degree obtained in a country outside of the EU. For those who have a diploma, an additional 30 ECTS (methodology and thesis) are also included in the studies, comprising a total of 90 ECTS.
Finnish Nursing Competencies, 35 ECTS
These are the mandatory theory courses. Teaching is hybrid or online but skills, simulations and exams are on campus.

These are the mandatory practical trainings. They must be completed in Finland and the pre-requisite theory courses must be completed beforehand.
