A new key system has been installed on campus. Old keys no longer work but can be used for the photocopiers until further notice. A new system of mobile keys for students is expected to be ready in the coming weeks.
If you have a flex key from before, you should keep it for the time being. When the new system goes live, you will be able to transfer to it if you continue your studies.
New students will be able to activate a mobile key for a fee. Exact instructions will be sent out shortly.
The transition requires a customisation to Arcada's system and the Arcada is waiting for the final information from the supplier to complete the work. We apologise for the delay.
All students will be informed as soon as the new system is operational.
