Optional introduction days
Campus day on 24 August
For those who wish to visit campus before the study start, we arrange an optional campus day on Monday 24 August together with the other bachelor’s and master’s programmes. During the day:
- Study Counsellor Monica Löv, International Student Advisor Laurits Møller, and IT are available for questions and support between 1 and 2 p.m.
- Degree Programme Director Christa Tigerstedt will give a guided tour of the main building at 2 p.m.
- International students can attend information sessions that are of relevance to those moving to Finland between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Participation in the campus day is not obligatory, but it is a great opportunity for all BMT students to get answers to any questions before the study start, meet the degree programme director and other staff, and explore the Arcada building. International students who have recently moved to Finland will receive valuable information about living in Finland.
You are welcome to join the parts that feel relevant to you. If you plan to participate in the campus tour, we kindly ask you to register in advance. No other registration for the introduction days is needed.
Online pedagogy session on 1 September
On 1 September between 4 and 6 p.m. we arrange a session where the focus is on pedagogy – teaching and learning at Arcada. A link to the session will be shared on this page later.
Study plan and course registration
We kindly ask you to also create your own study plan and register for courses. Follow the instructions in the PDFs (part-time and full-time) found at the bottom of this page.
