Pauleen is a lecturer in nursing for the English-language nursing program. She is also involved in developing the Top-Up program for registered nurses who have received their education outside the EU and want to work as nurses in Finland. In addition to this, she is also responsible for the English nursing education practices.

Pauleen has a burning interest in the development of learning and development within the digital perspective. She is particularly interested in digital skills in healthcare and how these skills can be taught in the education.
