Dr. Minna Stenius is a Senior Lecturer in Business Administration teaching different courses in research methodology and leadership/organizational behavior in both bachelor's and master's degree programs. She was also the previous Director of the Master in International Business Management program at Arcada.

Stenius has a long background in International Banking as a Corporate Banker and Risk Manager, but the past decade she has devoted to studying, teaching and research. Her research interests combine her formal education in social psychology (D.Soc.Sc.) with that in business administration (M.Sc.). Presently her research focuses on understanding drivers of online consumer behavior, as well as academic motivation; earlier the focus was more on organizational psychology: work engagement, motivation in expert work as well as self-motivational strategies.
