I have coordinating responsibility for Arcada’s activities within the national Talent Boost project for attracting and retaining international talent in Finland. This requires broad and deep systemic cooperation with a range of actors and partners in society.

I act as Secretary of Arcada's Internationalisation Group, which supports the implementation of Arcada's strategic internationalisation through coordination and follow-up, as well as through concrete and strategic proposals for action for the Management Group.

I am also an elected member of the EAIE (European Association for International Education) Steering Group for Strategy and Management 2022-2024.

I am Project Manager at Arcada for the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership INTERLOCALITY - Increased Local Employability of International Degree Students 2022-2025. The project combines four UASs in Denmark, Germany, Finland and the Netherlands, as well as a third sector organisation in Italy. We focus on regional needs for retaining international degree students and alumni and how higher education institutions (HEIs) can contribute to a systemic and multi-stakeholder approach involving SMEs, governments, municipalities, HEIs, 3rd sector actors and the international students and graduates themselves. https://www.interlocality.eu/ External link
