The aim of the course is to prepare the student for managing international projects. Geographical focus area is the Baltic Sea Region (BSR)

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to
- plan international projects on an overall
level
- identify pros and cons of multicultural
projects
- perform a project stakeholder analysis
- assess risks of international projects
-use ICTs for international project planning
and implementation
- actively participate in knowledge transfer in
international university-business projects
- evaluate results of international projects

Basic knowledge of Business Administration
The course is part of extension studies in
"Business in the Baltic Sea Region"
Persons who have passed previous courses of the
module therefore take precedence in enrollment
