change and how these
can be actively worked with in order to promote
organizational goals
Explain how innovation and/or entrepreneurship
can be fostered in
organizations.
Understand and use change models to work with
change processes in an
organization
Translate knowledge of organizational change to
practical solutions
applicable to different organizational
situations and contexts
