First year business studies, basics of marketing and
20 cr completed from the subject module.

Mer information

This study unit is the first unit of the module
Digital Transformation. The module is planned to
be taken as a whole 15 credits package. The other
two units are called Service Design and
Customer Experience Management.

1. Book exam, of which 50% of the points is
required to pass. Re-exams x2
2. Written assignment, of which 50%
is required to pass. One attempt only.
3. Lectures as workshops, incl. summaries of
readings and learnings in dialogue of which 50% is
required to pass.
