KiVAKO is a joint project of 25 Finnish universities, with funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Multilingual UniTandem studies are available in the spring of 2021: further information and enrolment instructions are available on the UniTandem web pages. (www.unitandem.fi). Enrolment for spring 2021 UniTandem studies is from 11 January to 7 February 2021.

On Thursday 21 January 2021 at 1 p.m., we will arrange the first meet and greet session for you who are a student within health, welfare or healthcare. In total we will arrange three sessions, where you have a chance to meet representatives from our working life partners. The meet and greet sessions are part of My Future Work 2021. My Future Work is Arcada's annual recruiting event where students get to network and meet employers – this year via Zoom. This is an opportunity for you to meet up with a possible future employer and get a summer job or work practice.

On Wednesday 20 January 2021 at 2 p.m., our last workshop within My Future Work 2021 will take place on Zoom. The workshop is open for everyone and is hosted in English. You do not need to register for the event beforehand – to participate, just click the Zoom link when the workshop starts!

Job Portal is a new online career service for students. At Arcada Job Portal you can register your profile and upload your CV, find jobs, get support for job seeking, take part in online events, connect with possible employers and more.

The lunch restaurant at Arcada will be closed until 31.1. A new situation assessment will be made at the end of January.

In January you can get student lunch at e.g. Diak and at some of Unicafé's restaurants, including one in Kumpula (take away lunch available).
