Correction procedures

A student who is dissatisfied with the decision (or grade) may within two weeks after the decision has been communicated contact the examiner or Head of Programme or Head of the language department to discuss the issue.

Om du är missnöjd med beslutet (eller vitsordet) kan du inom två veckor efter att beslutet meddelats kontakta examinatorn, utbildningsansvariga överläraren/lektor eller språkchefen för att diskutera ärendet.

Outages

The IT-unit informs of all planned outages through the intra and start pages. If a service stops functioning, students should lookup Start for more information, the staff will find the information on the intra.
