Reading room copies at the library become short loans

The loan period for reading room copies at the library changes on Monday February 17th.

Reading room copies are now short loans that can be borrowed anytime during the day.

The short loans are due when the library closes on the following working day.

Short loans can not be renewed or reserved.

The overdue fine is 5€/day.

 

The library gets extended opening hours

Beginning on Monday the 2nd of March the library's opening hours will change: the doors will be open at 7-21:45 from Monday to Friday every week. During these hours you can enter the library, use the collections and the meeting rooms, and borrow and return books. Staff and customer service are available at 10-16 Monday-Friday. During the library's opening hours, you can borrow and return books via the self-service machines.

Biblioteket får längre öppettider

Fr.o.m. måndagen den 2 mars kommer bibliotekets öppettider att förändras: dörrarna kommer att vara öppna kl. 7-21.30 måndag-fredag. Man kan då komma in till biblioteket, använda sig av samlingarna, utrymmena och grupparbetsrummen samt låna ut och returnera material. Personal finns på plats vid bibliotekets kundservice kl. 10-16 måndag-fredag. När biblioteket är öppet fungerar utlåning och återlämning som självbetjäning via automaterna.

Information regarding guidelines and visiting hours at Student Affairs

To avoid queues and spreading of the virus we hope that you will follow these guidelines:

-Please use the HSL app for purchasing discounted tickets when using public transport. If you do not have banking codes or if you use the plastic card and do not have a student card, you may collect the HSL discount form from D2. 

-Please use the digital student card to get lunch at a discounted price. If you do not have a student card you may fill out the KELA meal subsidy card and get it stamped. 

-Discount forms for VR and Matkahuolto can also be collected from D2.
