Last week restaurant Arcada weighed all food that was thrown away. The waste was 34,8g/portion.
The amount of food thrown away depends on how much you take and if you eat up everything. After restaurant Arcada introduced the ‘one plate’ model less food has been thrown away.

Förra veckan vägdes all mat som kastades bort i restaurang Arcada, matavfallet var 34,8g/portion.
Mängden matsvinn påverkas till stor del av hur mycket du tar på tallriken och om du äter upp allt. En-tallriksmodellen är delvis en orsak till att matsvinnet minskat överlag.
