University of Helsinki has terminated the agreement for the study psychology service at Arcada. However, students will still have access to individual guidance for motivation, time management, stress management, life and career management as well as special educational support by study counselor and specialist education teacher Mia Ekström. Helsingfors Universitet har sagt upp avtalet för studiepsykologtjänsten vid Arcada. Studenter har dock fortsättningsvis tillgång till individuell handledning kring motivation, tidsanvändning, stresshantering, livs- och karriärhantering samt specialpedagogiskt stöd av studievägledare och specialpedagog Mia Ekström. Arcada’s management reviews on daily basis the latest developments concerning the Corona virus (Covid-19) and the necessary contingency plans are currently reviewed. This work includes an active dialogue with Terveystalo and the student health care, as well as monitoring of government instructions from the Institute for Health and Welfare and the Ministry. Our primary task is to minimize the spread of infections and work to ensure that Arcada's operations are disrupted as little as possible.
