The introduction evening will be organized 25.8.2022 at 16.30 to 19.00.

The introduction to your studies will start on 25th of August 2022 from 16.30 to 19.00 online*. Link to the session will be published here on the 25ht of August.

On the first day you will be introduced to Arcada and the different tools you will use in your studies. You will also get information on the structure and timetable for the whole degree programme.

The first course "Customer Relationship and Service Management" will start the week after:
Wednesday 31.8 at 16.30 to 20.00 online*
Thursday 1.9 at 16.30 to 20.00 online*

*NB! We have now planned to keep some lectures online and some on campus. You will get information on the schedule on the introduction evening.

We are continuously monitoring the authorities guidelines about COVID-19 and make necessary adjustments if needed (for example switch to online sessions).
