The target of the education is a master’s degree, the scope of which is 90 ects. The curriculum contains research methodology (15 ects), sustainable leadership (15 ects), master’s thesis (30 ects) as well as quality and safety in care (30 ects).

The studies are conducted over a period of 2-4 years part-time parallel to gainful employment. The studies consist of approximately two days of tuition per month as well as web-based studies in the form of lectures, independent studies, workshops and seminars. In the knowledge- and competence development education, research and professional life meet in a natural way.
